If you're considering becoming vegan but are wondering about missing out on treats, you seriously have to pick yourself up a copy of Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World. I've only made a couple of different ones so far as decent ingredients for anything too fancy are a bit hard to come by in this backwater, but MAN, they are delicious!! I've taken the vanilla cupcakes to work and they have been an absolute hit! One colleague has even asked for the recipe, so yay for that!!
